LOS Capacity
Roadway capacity per Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) standards.  Each roadway classification has a
numerical threshold derived from the FDOT Level of Service Tabels .

Average Annual Daily Traffic.  The average of the four seasonally adjusted traffic counts.  Seasonal adjustment factors are derived from FDOT.  The adjusted counts are rounded to the next highest hundred.  Traffic counts which are more than two years old are included in the averaging process.

The sum of AADT and Committed Trips.
Remaining Capacity
Available roadway capacity.  The Traffic Counts Report uses the St. Lucie County adopted LOS standard of "D" for all roadways.  Number in parenthesis ( ) indicate number of trips over LOS level "D" standard.
LOS
Current level of service on the roadway based on St. Lucie County Comprehensive Plan adopted standards.  Level of Service (LOS) is the grade assigned to roadways (A to F) to classify operating conditions.
